For underwriting purposes, these are the items listed below that every lender you speak to is going to need so if you want to start gathering them that would be great. If you decide to work with us you can use the secure Sharefile© link to upload these items to us.

The types of information we will likely need is copies of are:
1. Two most recent years of W-2’s for each borrower
2. Two most recent years of tax returns IF you are self-employed, have partnerships, or rent real estate
3. A current paystub for each borrower
4. Most recent two months of bank statement with ALL pages of statement
5. A quick summary of assets (retirement and investment)
6. Photo ID’s for both of you like a Washington Drivers Licenses
A cell phone picture of your ID’s can work great instead of trying to fax or scan them.
7. If you already own real estate then we will need a copy of your mortgage statement for the 1st mortgage and any 2nd mortgage if one exists (for all properties)
8. If you already own a home we will need a copy of your homeowners insurance policy coverage page OR the name and number of your agent for the current home.

We would prefer these things via PDF but will take them anyway we can get them. We will also set up a Sharefile© account so we can securely share the files.
